Painting, on European paper, varnished, depicting three Kandyan princes; the mount bears the names 'Namal Bandara' (Prince Flower of the Ironwood tree), 'Pichchamal Bandara' (Prince Jasmine flower) and 'Gobara Bandara'. All three are dressed in a similar way, wearing headdresses, short full-sleeved jackets, draped skirtcloths and under-trousers; each holds a handkerchief and lacquered stick. The background is red.
