Painting, in opaque watercolour, silver and gold on paper, a raja and attendants worshipping at a Krishna shrine. The image of Krishna appears in the centre, shown frontally, within a shrine and attended by his maids with morchhals, under an arching roof, with a small garden with fountain and water courses in front. The officiating priest and three attendant figures stand to the left, and the raja and three nobles to the right, each of these figures being closely contained by the apertures of a pillared arcade. Small towers, balconied windows and jali scenes from the upper storey, blue sky above with perching pigeons and the sun appearing behind a band of multicoloured cloud. Three female and two male musicians play on either side in the foreground, against a silver carpet with red trefoil pattern. There is a thin red border.
