Painting, in opaque water-colour and gold on paper, the revel, fifteen cowherd boys clad in striped trunks pelt each other with curds obtained from broken pots. The pots were broken when a demon sat on the cart which held the pots, in order to crush the baby Krishna who was asleep underneath.
