Painting, in opaque watercolour on paper, Shiva and Parvati stand looking at each other with Shiva leaning on the bull Nandi. Parvati wears an orange skirt and leopard skin mantle. Nandi has a scarlet saddle cloth. Both the figures and the bull are a pale white colour. Background greenish-grey.
