Painting, in opaque watercolour and gold on paper, Madhumadhavi ragini, a pictorial rendering of the musical mode appropriate to Shiva or Mahadeo. Two lovers on a terrace, conversing, a blue and gold mat beneath them, they lean upon blue and gold brocaded cushions. Vases and food are near them, and in the distance across a stretch of water, are buildings in white and red. At the top is the title of the ragini.
