Painting, depicting a central figure on plain ground. Two young customers select a variety of artificial flowers, made of tongcao (Tetrapanax papyrifer), from a stack of boxes owned by the figure in blue. On the right, an accompanying description in Chinese explaining the content of each painting. An English translation is also visible in pencil, though its accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
