Verdant Cliffs at Ku-tam [Tortoise Lake], Tan-yang, probably originally from an album of eight leaves depicting "Eight Views of Tan-yang" [Tan-yang p'al-kyŏng], mid 18th century. Album leaf mounted as a hanging scroll; ink on paper; with signature purportedly of the artist reading "Wŏn-paek"; with seal purportedly of the artist reading "Wŏn-paek", painting proper: H. 53.9 x W. 39.5 cm (21 1/4 x 15 9/16 in.) mounting, including cord and roller ends: H. 165 x W. 67.5 cm (64 15/16 x 26 9/16 in.).
