The Cleveland Museum of Art, The George Gund Foundation Collection in honor of David Bergholz 2017.233 One of the first group of women to be hired as firefighters by the Cleveland Fire Department in 1985, Perrinn had attained the rank of lieutenant by 2003. At that time, her two sons and a brother also worked for the department. This is one of a series of portraits of women who launched nontraditional careers with help from the Cleveland organization Hard Hatted Women.
