Hanging scroll, ink and color on silk; painting: 107 x 46.6 cm (42 1/8 x 18 3/8 in.); overall: 192.4 x 62.5 cm (75 3/4 x 24 5/8 in.). The Cleveland Museum of Art, Purchase from the J. H. Wade Fund 2009.342.2 Shakyamuni is seated cross-legged on the throne with the hand gesture (mudra) of giving instruction.
