Ink and opaque watercolor on paper; image: 22 x 16.5 cm (8 11/16 x 6 1/2 in.); overall: 18.7 x 25 cm (7 3/8 x 9 13/16 in.). The Cleveland Museum of Art, Gift of Mr. and Mrs. William E. Ward in memory of her father, Charles Svec 1969.77 The newborn puppies are still too young to open their eyes.
